Enterprise AI Assistant

A RAG chatbot that answers from uploaded PDFs, DOCX and Markdown, cites the exact passage and PDF page, and says "I don't know" when the documents don't cover the question. A LangGraph router sends metric questions to a database tool and ticket requests to a ticket tool.

Who I am

Software Engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, building production web applications with Next.js, NestJS, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS. I focus on end-to-end delivery, third-party integrations, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted engineering, turning product requirements into reliable and maintainable systems.
